The JASA 400X NXXT is the high-capacity vertical bagger in JASA's NXXT line, built for growers and packers running potatoes, onions, citrus, and other fresh produce at scale. It also handles processed and frozen foods.
Mechanical capacity reaches up to 120 packs per minute (actual packs per minute varies by product, bag size, and line setup.), with changeovers in 5 to 7 minutes, so the line keeps moving when you switch commodity, bag style, or count. It runs five bag styles and the full range of films, including pre-sealed film-net and separate film with CLAF or extruded net.
The 400X is modular. Configure it with a Quickpack module, second film unwinder, printer, label applicator, perforator, MAP connection, and your choice of horizontal sealing system.

The JASA 400X integrates with Newtec weighers for a complete weighing and packaging solution from one source. Accurate weights feeding straight into high-speed bagging, with Fox Solutions supporting both sides of the line.
