Details
The JASA Sleever applies pre-folded, pre-glued sleeves to trays and cups for fresh produce, meat, fish, and processed foods. Built for packers who need fast changeovers, a compact footprint, and the flexibility to run square, rectangular, oval, and round trays on one machine.
Mechanical speed reaches up to 50 packs per minute on the single-lane PGS-1100 and up to 100 packs per minute on the double-lane PGS-2100. Changeovers run under 5 minutes on the PGS-1100. Each sleeve has its own custom cassette, and the tray guiding system auto-adjusts width when you swap cassettes.
The Sleever is modular. Configure it with de-nesters, filling stations, lid placers, label modules, and safety infeed and outfeed units. The compact footprint integrates into existing lines, and trays can be rotated or routed between single and double-lane systems.
All footprint, speed, and measurement figures depend on final line configuration. Modules such as accelerator equipment can substantially increase length.Application examples
