The JASA 260 NXXT is the compact vertical bagger in JASA's NXXT line, built for growers and packers running small to mid-size bags of potatoes, onions, citrus, and other fresh produce. It also handles processed and frozen foods.
Mechanical capacity reaches up to 120 packs per minute (Mechanical capacity; actual packs per minute varies by product, bag size, and line setup.), with changeovers in 5 to 7 minutes, so the line keeps moving when you switch commodity, bag style, or count. It runs five bag styles and the full range of films, including pre-sealed film-net combinations.
The 260 is modular. Configure it with a thermo transfer printer, label applicator, perforator, MAP connection, side gusset module, and your choice of horizontal sealing system.

The JASA 260 integrates with Newtec weighers for a complete weighing and packaging solution from one source. Accurate weights feeding straight into high-speed bagging, with Fox Solutions supporting both sides of the line.
