The Kwik Lok 884 Thermal Printer is designed to preprint labels prior to application. The recommended print speed is 640 labels per minute. The printer can be configured to print faster or slower to accommodate custom print quality requirements.
The 884 Thermal Printer can print text, bar codes, and simple graphics on the backside of the label in one color. The front and the back side of our larger labels can be custom printed by Kwik Lok in full color.
Label design and printing software is required for printing with the 884. We provide software at no additional charge with the purchase of the 884 that makes label design easy. The software includes wizards to walk you through critical design decisions step by step and allows you to quickly preview more than 400 pre-formatted, ready-to-use barcode components.
After the labels are printed they can be applied by hand or run through a Kwik Lok automatic or semiautomatic bag closing machine.
